PENTATRON Inc. (“we”) complies with applicable privacy laws and processes personal data submitted through our inquiry service as described below.

1. Collection and use

Your email and inquiry are the minimum information needed to provide the business consultation and response you request. Without them, we cannot respond through the form.

2. Automatically processed information

To prevent abuse and repeated submissions, we may process your IP address and browser identifier (User-Agent). The server converts the IP address into a shortened one-way hash and uses it for a ten-minute rate-limit window. Our hosting provider may process access times and request logs for security and incident response.

3. Processing service providers

We entrust the following providers with processing needed to operate the service.

These providers may use their published subprocessors to deliver their services. We oversee processing through the applicable agreements and service terms.

4. Overseas transfers

Submitting the inquiry form transfers personal data overseas as processing and storage necessary to handle your business consultation request. The transfer is based on Article 28-8(1)(3) of Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act and publication in this policy.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not disclose personal data for an independent third party’s purposes unless required by law or separately authorized by you. Vercel and Resend process data on our behalf as service providers.

6. Deletion

We delete inquiry emails in a manner designed to prevent recovery when the retention period ends. Data required by law is stored separately only for the required period.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing through the contact details below. We will respond after verifying your identity.

8. Security measures

We use HTTPS encryption, input validation, rate limiting, and minimized access permissions to protect personal data.

9. Cookies and behavioral data

We currently do not directly set cookies for user identification, personalized advertising, or behavioral analytics. If we introduce analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and provide any required consent mechanism.
